What a wonderful company and experience! I own Pickens Power Washing and I recently took a work trailer in for diagnostics. I had been going through tires prematurely for quite some time. They were able to quickly identify the problem and offer options for the repairs. From the first phone call to the final invoice these guys were helpful throughout. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for trailer repairs or service.

Update After the Owner's Response: Your response still doesn't address the real issue. I paid for a professional diagnostic because I expected it to identify the repairs needed before I invested thousands of dollars into my truck. Based on your diagnosis, I approved over $2,000 in repairs because I trusted your professional recommendation. Only after I complained that I was paying thousands of dollars, would still have to tow my truck away, and was leaving without a repaired vehicle did my bill get reduced to around $1,300. That wasn't a solution. I still paid over $1,300 and left without my truck being repaired. What I found most disappointing was receiving a phone call explaining why all of this supposedly made sense. It didn't. Customers bring their vehicles to a repair shop because we're not mechanics. We rely on your knowledge the same way patients rely on a doctor's expertise. We trust that the diagnostic we pay for will help us make an informed decision before spending significant money. I stopped in to talk to someone in service about my truck that’s currently at another shop that will remain nameless. After meeting the service manager and telling him what was going on he told me exactly what would happen if I went with the repair option from the shop it’s currently at. He was right because when I decided to proceed his prediction came true and now I’m probably going to have to purchase a new truck for my business. Very friendly staff and they will go out of their way to help you even if you’re not immediately spending money with them. They will be working on anything I have going forward and I’m thankful for that young man’s advice even if I didn’t take it.

Customer service in the front is very good.I work with Garrett very good customer service in the front and repaired the truck with Izzy. He was the best of the best. Very quick very nice. I'm a very good price. I would bleach it hard work. It sounds for me, batteries and very good price Thank you for the team of service and the mechanics shop the best of the best.

Hey, this young guy named Nick. He was awesome. He did a terrific job. He blocked traffic for me. Damn they got his self hit. I do appreciate guys like that. You guys have a good one on your hand. Thanks again. I’m with UFP.
